Non-Profit seeks part-time and/or full-time persons to provide job development, life skills training and outreach to youth and adults with disabilities. We are seeking energetic individuals with fresh ideas and a willingness to run activities both indoors and out. Experience providing outreach and job development/coaching preferred. Computer experience necessary. Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills preferred. Ability to interact effectively with people a must. Time management, prioritization skills, collaboration, negotiation and mediation skills are helpful. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite required. Must be able to speak to groups of people for presentations. Knowledge of youth services, community resources, and various NJ State programs is helpful. Afternoon and evening hours required.
